The Orange County News was founded in 1909. For many years, the newspaper covered Garden Grove, Stanton, Westminster and Fountain Valley and other areas of Orange County. The original newsroom was on Century Boulevard in Garden Grove.  Today, the newspapers and websites focus coverage on Garden Grove and Stanton. The operation is now based at Garden Grove Boulevard and Western in Garden Grove.

We are deeply rooted in the community, serving our friends and neighbors for more than one-hundred years. The Orange County News proudly focuses on delivering hyper-local news content that affects our daily lives - ranging from kids and schools to sports, community events, City Council actions and more.
